 My grits


My grits kit
makes 2 servings
1 1/2 cup water
three finger pinch of seasalt
1 chicken bouillion cube
when it starts to bubble add 1/2 cup grits and stir
when grits start to firm up add a couple twists fresh grind black pepper.
add tsp garlic butter
constant stirring add four finger pinch of shredded cheese
add real butter to thin out some.
quick cheap simple easy and DELISH!


i like to crack a room temp egg in a small bowl and pour the still bubbling grits on top of it and let set awhile until the white of the egg is cooked. leaves yellow wet. REALLY good.
